This statue, located in in Oak Lawn, Illinois and designed by Erik Blome, consists of two, 14-foot-tall bronze spires that serve as a reminder of the victims lost on 9/11. Along with many textures and imprints modeled after the World Trade Center architecture, it also includes lifelike depictions of people in mourning.
